What should they transmit?

Greetings and private messages.

Since holodiscs are bugged and paper is not craftable, it should be possible to leave radios with a tuned frequency, which transmits a recorded message.

Like, "A hearthily hello to Modoc mother-loving gridcampers, how about leaving me get some darn meat jerky while i get you some alloys, you jolly lollipop enjoyers? "

Surely, it would be also possible to say that YOU lent some money from your party's account without troubling your chief.
If i were twentyfour/seven on the net, i surely could say it personally, but nay, i'm a lazy bastard working for money at some IRL place instead of sitting online all the time, like all proper people do.
