I want only to know your opinions.
It should be question to anyone who done something in FODE. Because you have no rights to publish it as yours. As for example this question should be directed to RAS, ison, Archon, Keksz, Kinkin, Cryofluid, The Glow Inc., Galachad, Jenova, and many others not mentioned here.
As I remember someone told me, that you was saying about moving repository to another address to avoid leaking FODE files to 2238 developers, to everyone or something like this (as we can see it didn't happen), I responded to him, that only one who could do it is you, seems, that I wasn't wrong.

If you want, you can publish your work. Only your if it isn't confirmed, that this person agreed to publish it. Not Galachad and your mixed work, not ison and your mixed work, just your.

But one good question...

Who would want finish him? P

Such a project requires a minimum:
-3 Scripters (One of them with advanced knowledge)
- Good graphics
- 2 mapper
- writer
- 2 people to make the dialogue
...and other support people

This is only pool Janosik, and I want know their opinion.
Ras 1 mounth ego did resign from project, I did take leading back, and he is back as leader and father, and i will talk about solutions only with Tank, Cerberix, Ras, Jenova, and Archon, not with you. Maby with Galachad if he will be active. People like Kinkin, Cryo, I have personal contact with them, and it is not your business.
Other persons are not active, they did leave the project in important moment and don't have any voice to decide. Project is almost death, and I have right to decide what next steps are needed to make new team, or give others developing to finish this server for people.

I have right to decide about this with people, who are respect me like Ras and with players who are waiting.

Janosik.
Shut up your f%$34 face, I am a Father, and Leader of this project, you don't have any voice and you are fired, take your fode domain, server, forum, blog, and mumble - We don't need this, you can put it in your ass, I don't need people like you.
If you don't respect the leaders of project, that I will not respect you.

Take your stupid posts/answers on some trolling forum for not adult children.

Only the one who is making stupid posts is you. I wasn't working, so how could I be fired, did you payed me for the work, to be fired?..
People like me? What does it mean, you don't need people who has their OWN opinion and listening to you like soldiers listened to Hitler?
I already said, that if someone want, I just can give this domain, I don't need it as well, but there is no RESPONSIBLE person which has any knowledge about it except me (in my opinion, I could give it to RAS, but he could probably just forward it to you and I don't want to see later some porn content on it)

This is only pool Janosik, and I want know their opinion.

Yeah, this is only pool, but why even players should have any even single word about if game should be open or not? Only developers should decide if THEIR work will be public or not. Or if developers has written such contract, then "leader" or producer or someone who got right to it can decide what to do with content.

Other persons are not active, they did leave the project in important moment and don't have any voice to decide. Project is almost death, and I have right to decide what next steps are needed to make new team, or give others developing to finish this server for people.
Still people who done something even if they quit has rights to their own work.

I already told, that I respect you, but not your stupify. And deciding about something what doesn't belong to you can be called "theft"

I don't really see any point in closed source model in case of FOnline projects based on Fallout (which can't be commercial).
Maybe except things that can be spoilers like quests etc. Besides spoiling players, what's the worst that can happen?
Someone taking your code/maps and improving it? LOL.

Making fode opensource might help some other projects which would want to use some of the fode stuff for themselves, but I don't think it would help with finishing the fode itself.

not exacly this. Sometimes people did send to us something, and we did add this to fode, but if we will put code, or part of code than other servers can use this. If some developers like for example idea like worldmap fighting, than they will able to use, change my scripts, and that will be much easier for them. If someone will send to us something improved, that will be nice. If someone will try make something better, what will be based FODE that will be too ok. Most of developers dont agree with open FODE SDK, but maby time will change it.
If i have this engine for free, than i can give something for this to other developers.

If someone will make few dialogs, that will be too very helpfull for us.

Only developers should decide if THEIR work will be public or not.
Now you went full retard (especially calling it theft and so). You should realize that no matter how brilliant idea or work you bring to the table, it's not your table at all. Imagine you make apple pie from apples that others collected. How does it now entitle you to decide who can eat it? And how could you just take it with you when you quit?
You should be able to grasp basics of teamwork without having them in any form of contract or agreement.

Yeah it's nice idea which keeps open source alive. And even though Fonline is not in any form of open source, it's still good initiative to keep it running.
Unfortunately you should also think about development life of Fonline mods. Pretty much everything of bigger scale is limited to single instance of server, and giving away free stuff without getting any (which happens a lot in this kind of environment) usually leads to exodus of players and lack of motivation to do any better.
I don't want to discourage you, but I don't think this community is ready for this kind of fair play.
