If you want to make enemies, try to change something.
Actually, the description isn't great. The HTH version is the same as normal better crits, but +25 on the table instead of +20
Yet to find any info if more crit/even more crit works with HtH/Melee though
More and even more crtiz perks work also with unarmed/melee. Which means h2h fighters can have... 50% of crit-chance (or even more, if you are unarmed one).
