Psycho the drug

Now penantly for taking psycho is -5 to Intelligence and -9 to Perception. I understand that psycho is military origin drug but why does it lower Perception so much?
I would expect Psycho to make people get in frenzy not make them blind and there is way to simulate that.
Therefor I suggest that Psycho effect would remove names from above players. You don't know who is who so you can actually kill your friends. Of course this would need also temporary disabling namecolorizing (so you don't have countours of players and you don't have clue if you are shooting at friends). Other thing is to make perception decrase less...

For "berserk" mode after psycho, I would suggest even disabling ANY names over players' heads ;) That would be entertaining.

Displaying names over characters is client-sided so it will be exploited by some players anyway.
