Some russians in SF are playing double team with machineguns on players in a guarded city.

One kills you with some machinegun and the other stands close with a basic merc. You die - the merc quickly grabs your items(bug report?). Clever, because they don't have to even react quickly. They also kill all the shopkeepers in SF by this way.

One of them is RogueDriver, the other's name was in some barbaric language.

Well barbarian means a beard wearing people. Barbaric is a word describing something from outside the roman empire. If you are called barbaric then it means your ancestors fougth an evil empire build on slavery and conquer. You should rather be proud.

Some testing you've done, killed some people and NPCs, got stuff and still didn't report anything. That's exploiting.

Generaly, i think it is low to call for GM help everytime you are ganked. I did not do that when you killed me in New Reno garage with one of your million alts, and Cowboy (that's the "barbaric" name) didn't mind you killing him 15 minutes before we "abused" you - we just got our revenge. We did not exploit anything killing you. I am willing to discuss this, if you keep yourself civilized.

Next, I would like you to restrain yourself from nacist remarks about "russian low mentality". As far as I am concernet, fashism is the only thing totally intorerable in here. We have a culture different from yours, which does not mean you should go nazi every time someone is a bit different from you. I would kill your characters anytime just because I do not like you - but that's ingame. Let's not flame outside the pixel universe =).

As for abusing bug, the merc looting thing was reported the moment I found it and tested it in NCR - yesterday night - and I spent 1000000 capos to test it out and am not asking for a replacement. The fact I do not write that on forum means that I just do not want every lowlife and his mom exploit the bug, so I reported it to GM (Wipe) directly.

I hope this will close the discussion. If not, GMs are welcome to ask me any questions - I will gladly assist. But again, there is nothing to investigate. Bug found and reported, and people die in the Wastes, you know.

The game rules are stated. It is time for the GMs to follow them or say they are useless.

Too bad its almost always russians doing such things, well who would have thought it would be them again. If killing people and NPCs with a blue suit and taking items with mercs before the guards do is not exploiting than I have to pity at the level of your intelligence and anyone who belives you.

You did it all day, its not testing. It is exploiting. Yes you reported after you took all the stuff off players and NPCs. What a kind person you are, exploits.
If you reported it in the NCR, why did you do it the next day again in SF? Maybe for looting and trying to bend the rules? GMs suck at rules badly.

ok lets clear out few things about how russians are being seen in most cases (and i dont realy mean fonline in particular)

1) One of the strongest senses of nationaliy - they often group up and pick same server for play outnumbering other nationalities when they do.
2) As so they focus on playing with their homies , not realy integrating with other nations
3) letters - that west cant type let alone understand .
4) Either most Russians dont speak english to well or simply dont bother to use it - if there is homie in team they will talk in russian ignoring the english speaking rest
5) When PVP in most cases (all?) russians dont kill their homies but kos anyone else

this result in Russia vs rest of the world in majority of games out there. I played quite a few and when i ended up on server with russians it looked like that ... also seen in several cases when those severs were turned into Russian only ...

now if its not the thing in your case then dont worry about it its not realy first nor second case when other's deeds influence innocents.. (im sure i played with quite a few "good" russians just i dont realy know this as we all spoke english and didnt ask "Where are you from" )

I can as well feel offended that there is a communist monument in SF, instead of flaming about what someone said, lets get to the point of the topic.
Abusers, using the bug a few days in a row, claiming its for testing purposes ;] kind of funny, especially what they write here "no need to invastigate, everything is fine"
