FIXES:
- Line saying "error" in descriptions of the certain weapons will now correctly state the appropriate weapon perk (e.g. "Perk: Long Range.").
- Whispering while sending distress call.
- No more moaning about guards that won't help you in encounter cause you've made trouble there.
- Fixed long waiting of far critters in the TB mode.
- Fixed brahmin price check.
- No bullet spread for all shotguns, report if they are useful now.
- Minigun has an Accurate perk instead of Long Range.

CHANGES:
- Added / Changed some generic encounters (position, amount and so on).

minigun accurate? mmmm personally it seems like it should have like a rapid fire perk or something, firing miniguns isnt about accuracy more or less just firing in the general direction of something.

I thought exactly the same, now the cave fights work like lightning! I want to say thanks to the dev who did it, excellent!

The cows at my outpost has turned hostile.

I opened the pen to shovel some poop, and 5 cows charged the gate and chased me out of my own base...

Is this related somehow by me torturing the cows or a bug introduced by this update?

TB in caves still not working good. some NPCs waiting their turn and dont move and dont attack me. They see me, but they do nothing.

I mean enco in cave like this:
- cannibals,
- dogs,
- mutated rats

I hit one of cannibals and knockout him, but other who see me is waiting his full turn (30 sec?)
He see me, but do nothing. Other critters (dogs and rats skip their turn properly).

Crit failing and missing a turn still takes 30 seconds, npcs with spears still take 30 seconds.

Turn-based works almost fine for me now. The  problem I've seen is some critters waiting about 10 seconds doing nothing, though this might just be lag. Also, NCR caravan's woman leader sometimes still waits a duration if you are fighting another enemy you encountered with the NCR caravan, but the other gaurds surrounding the woman work fine.

Shotguns are useless because of their range and low damage. They probably need a 2/1 multiplier on the normal rounds and maybe a AP Sabot round before they are used with any degree of regularity.

I suggested some kind of "Knockback effect" to Shotguns, to make them useful.
