I used to be a bag of dicks, but then I grew up. I gave many of you guys a hard time, but on the other side I kept myself busy with helping players, and I never gave up on that.

Still, the FOnline community is a thing of it's own class.

There was a screen in another topic someone posted, the guy's got instakill on one of these spawn APA-armored 9999hp guards.
Don't remember which topic though :P

BTW. I still think it's 1/5 for instakill for NPCs. For players it indeed is about 5%. :P

I think even NPC's EN still plays role in instakill safe throw roll. Simply not all NPCs have 10 EN. ;p
