What do i Need for Running FOnline? I had ReInstalled Windows XP (32Bit - ServicePack3) and I cant Start Launcher.exe or Config.exe! If I Click on It a Message came and say's Error 0xc0000135! I'd Installed .NET framework 4.0 again and now is the message "Unable to find a version of the Runtime to run this application." I searched for Runtime and it doesnt changed any. So: What are All Programms/Things that I need to Run this?

Yes, But it all the same, It's everything normal there exept Game or Launcher

Had the same problem after my reformat. Running XP SP2. Installed framework 4. Still didnt work. Downloaded some other NET related software from windows update and game, launcher and config all worked fine.
So, look for something a la NET 1.0 and NET 2.0 from windows update.
