Yeah, we had some problems, mainly with communication.
Alphonse is still sheriff, not outlaw.
Headshot, your character was killed by accident, because raynor thought, that you are an outlaw, and Alphonse helped you(wtf, sheriff kiling sheriff @_@).
For now problems are gone.
We are doing our best to TRY to protect the NCR.

I went to NCR for the first time in a long time last night.

these people aren't on your list:
xsonicx = thief
death = suicide pk
shande = pk accomplice (helped lady chani bomb a few level 1s)
