Reduce sneak penalty

135% is way too much. With max possible sneak at 21 you have 390 sneak, which means all your character can do is sneak (naked no less). That's a reduction of 42.5 he from the front. You can have a sight range of 62 by lvl 12, and all it takes is 10 pe, 1 perk and an item. 20 hex is very far to spot a sneaker and the amount of specialization involved severely limits what kind of builds can sneak, since the only option is a full sneak build with one ok skill. 10 pe isn't that far fetched build wise and sharpshooter is a good perk outside of stealth detection, the system is totally one sided against sneakers. I agree that some nerfing had to be done but I think you guys went overboard. Hell you can't even sneak till max level because of the line of sight debuff and leveling a char that can't fight well and depends on not being seen is one of the hardest char types to level. Just wearing armour increases the range you get spotted at by 8, so you either play naked and pray you aren't seen or wear armour and have all you points invested in a skill with mediocre returns. It should be -90 from the front.

Wait for this:

The aim is to make it so that you can do anything you want in the support role without giving up combat ability.

Think of it as two halves of the character, the combat side and then (for want of a better word) his "job". Crafter/Outdoorsman/Dismantler/Repairer or a mix of these things.
