the small guns one is so flawed I can't even begin to describe it...
It's a crafter build, I presume... you didn't need any action boys anyways...

if you insist on taking the 2 action boys, or even one you can lower the agility to 8 or 6 and place more into intelligence if it is a crafter, if it's a burster you need more luck for a dual BRD... DPS is pretty important, even for SG bursters...
and lower the strength to 5, it's plenty if you're gonna take pack rat...
dodger is still useless, so add a better perk there...
fast metabolism (more like fat metabolic degeneration...) is a waste of a trait, if you're gonna use 1 handers get 1 handed, it doesn't get any better that blasting a guy in the face with a .223 pistol and it will save you quite a bit of SP in the end...

(Living anatomy is pretty useless for a pure crippler build since the +5 damage as far as I know doesn't get boosted by crits)
Worked on this little gem for a while now.
* Pick one, either you can get toughness or be a ranger... 8 agi is only for PvE really...

i think you're wrong, it's all about you knocking the enemy down & out before he can hit you, by the way, how long have you been playing, just wondering...

enough to understend that second shot > 5% critical
you won't knock down enemy with every shot.
btw, most time headshot is stupid, aim at hands/eyes bro.

10 luck helps for critical hits.
Personally I would put 4 AG points in LK as far as the crippler build goes.
With the SG crafter build I would put 2 AG in CH, 2 IN or 1 in IN and 1 in PE.
CH 3 for a crafter can be useful as it gives you the option to trade for stuff with npc traders.
High IN gives more skill points which can be useful to get repair up to a useful level.

no, crippler does not need 10 LK. BROF pistol crippler needs 10 LK. sniper crippler has 6 agi for sniper rifle, 6 lk, and either 6 en or 6 in. pe is set to 7 or 9 and night person is taken.

all cripplers need 10 luck, it is a must if you want any sort of chance to get good criticals man, the +3%, +5% and the +7% values per point of luck are important beyond point, therefore this
10 Lk no extra boosts, the critical chances
Eyes: 70%
Head: 50%
Limbs 30%
Ultimate crippler build (10Lk, 3xMoar Critz, Finesse)
Lovely critical chances, eh?
Eyes: 95%
Head: 75%
Limbs: 55%
At least that's what I have been calculating my builds with so far...

It all depends on why you want to cripple and where.
In combat eyes is good.
Arms too if your enemy is using a two-handed weapon.
Legs is useful to prevent your enemy from leaving the map (both in encounters and when shooting thieves in towns).

LOL im using a Temp SG guy (my unarmed guy got boring atm) and with 8 luck, he could easily pwn you. i went Hinkley, lv 2, 83 SG, pwned a guy 4 levels higher then me in 1 shot, i did a shot on him for fun with a 10mm Pistal, 51 damage, and blinded him.....don't tell me 10 luck is a msut when 1 guy 4 levels higher was getting ownd (unless he came up adn bursted me :l because of damn lag.) (Note: The K0 he was in BA)

You ever heard the words "random" or "roll"? This means that every single action depends not only on the basic values of your skill but also on the outcome of a roll. Of course you can be lucky and "pwn" someone 4 levels higher but in the end the overall average crippling chance is higher with 10 LK obviously because the chance of dealing a critical hit is higher in the end.

all depends on where you aim.... when a normal shot needs 4AP.... then legs limbs take 5AP, head, eyes and crotch take about 6AP......
with rifle type weapons such as hunting rifle, sniper rifle , laser rifle and plasma rifle it takes 1 more AP therefore making 1 head/eyes shot cost 7AP (6 with BRF) therefore it would be logical that you should eighter get only 6ap (8 if u want to reload in the same turn) or 12ap (with 10agi and 2x action boy) for handguns you should get about 10ap worth (2x aim to the eyes/head) with BRF
and knock down usually comes with criticals yes... but knock out is another luck roll and will not appear as often even with criticals (knock out usually lasts 3 turns, knock down only takes around 1/3rd of your AP from next turn)

6 AG still means 8 AP.
