Having your dynamite go off on time and add 5 damage is a waste of a perk. If it added 5 damage to all explosive weapons then it would be useful, also it wouldn't overpower grenades because there is only one rank.

This is unique to fonline? In F2 it just adds +5 dmg to dynamite/c4.

In Fallout 2, dynamite and plastic explosives cause an additional 10 points of damage. from fwikia :>

Either way buffing dynamite/c4 is useless. 10 damage is a tiny % of the total and it's not a viable weapon.

Okay but it has to have cap around 150-200. Otherwise it's no good for balanced players.

What needs that cap? All I'm suggesting is a +5 to grenades essentially instead of a useless dynamite boost.

And suicide bombers are just a nuisance that blow people up "for the lulz". It has nothing to do with the gameplay.
