Make:
Those who have 200%+ in BG/MELEE/SG/HTH skill can:
SG: +90 to AC, for avoid BG/Melee/HTH
BG: +600% Resistance to KO/KD from basic amount (so not so much)
Melee: 30% chance aimed/simple melee attack dont consume AP, +60 to AC to avoid SG/BG/HTH
HTH: +30% to hit in EYE, +30% to crit in head +equal to 6 pe to determinate range
(like bonus perks)
Reason: makes game more challenging

So, a character who has 199 in his skill, get's this huge disadvantage over somebody with 1 skill point more? Somehow I dislike where this is going...

char with 200 unarmed has 95% already so whats this for?

I don't see anything chalanging about that. It seems like a bunch of random ideas which would just create more imbalance.

All FOnline can be explored in 48 hours, add something new.
Fonline itself isnt bad game, just small, too small.

Is to small? I would say is to big. But i would add 1location. V13 tc. I liked glow close combat in corners.
