Allow usage of addictive/harm causing drogs on unconscious targets. Like Weak Healing Powder on slaves.

And what about jet being used on an unconcious player? As it it now that char would be screwed since there is no way to remove the addiction for jet.

For jet alone I say no to this suggestion. If jet could be cured, sure, why not.

Jet cannot be cured because http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Jet_Antidote was first created by the chosen one in F2 quest.

But you could leave Jet as it is now, not usable on other players. Or make this appliable only on NPCs

This game need a poison pistol, so the doctors can defend themselves. (you can use any skill you want, as requirement to use a weapon)

If there was poison/drug ammo for needler I would just die.
I want psychoactive drug ammo that causes target to auto attack nearest player/npc

I think some kind of bonus (+% to hit or w/e) for needler from scientific/doctor skills might be not a bad idea.
Would make the weapon quite unique, on its own it's quite crappy now and it really has nothing that could
make anyone use it. Poison/drug ammo sounds like much more risky idea in terms how it could screw gameplay.

On topic, I don't think it could work for players because of chem reliant characters.
A chance to permanently screw someones character is too much IMO.

The idea of a needler using super stims as ammo sounds like a cool idea; for each each shot that hits besides the damage you'd have a small one-time tumble down to HP, between 12 and 18 pts say. Add this to a fast shot build and you'd have a nice assassin's weapon.

Super stims seem to need to be fastened to the body to work.

Okay, maybe make Superstims a necessary component of craftable needler poison ammo? Call it PN Needler Cartridge. 1 SS + 1 Scorpion Tail = 10 Rounds.

Due to possible permanent addiction, im for excluding addictive chems from beiing usable on other players, conscipous or unconscious. Same might apply for companions too, if they can have Chem Reliant trait.

There are things like Beer, booze, weak healing powder, Antidote, Fruit, Gamma Gulp Beer which are not addictive, but could enhance the game a little bit.

But if it comes to worst, just beeing able to use weak healing powder or SS on unconscious slaves would be enough.

Pretty sure it is poison or acid.

I my opinion, this would improve gameplay in several way :
- Make usefull and useless weapon.
- Implement a new kind of damage. (which could be countered with cheap antidote, made of radscorpion)
- Make effective in combat, an other kind of characters (doctor)
- Give a purpose to our big stash of antidotes.

That's BS honestly. Not even considering how annoying it is, it's not very well compatible with combat in fallout.
Like why would you be poisoned if combat/power/metal armor was not bypassed? It'd need some kind of new rules how poisons work.
Let them reiterate that first.
