FIXES:
- Base contruction site script assigning - this can help with site visibility issues (only for new construction sites).
- Leaders never lose base visibility (they won't regain it immediately after this update, it requires 'updating' the terminal, that is, change anything in base allowance section).
- Hub roomkeeper now should rent his rooms, and not NCR ones.
- More fixes for hex-throwing.
- Influence broadcast should be hopefully fixed.
- Duplicating bases when finishing construction site (check this one).
- Elevator in Toxic Caves working properly.
- Toxic Caves geckos no longer suffer from poison effect.
- No more negative bank interest rates.

FEATURES:
- Raiders might be interested in NCR-Ranger dogtags.

CHANGES (WIP):
- No longer enforced whisper when on worldmap.
- All explosions make sounds now.
- Encounter containers that would be empty are no longer spawned.

ha i just asked when new update would be and here it is. magic!

nice change log good fix's.

edit: about dog tags. do i need to be part of the raiders faction to give them to raiders or can i do it in enounters with them?

Assistance provided by Gatling allowed the leader of my faction to be teleported back into his base which he lost visibility to on the world map.
I went to the terminal to change allowance but only "lexems not found" were displayed for the various ranks and no changes could be made.
Walked to world map and still could not see the base with the owner of the outpost construction site.
The billboard also continues to show no progress.

Confirmed, depot and trapper camp bought at VC are working fine - they are visible, terminal works good, friend-chars see it.

Since empty containers are not spawned it gotta be pretty obvious that any container spawned has something...

Im more interested in knowing how high percentage will have only 1 5mm JHP bullet in 'em.

It's because old construction sites, affected by the bug, will not regain the data needed for them to work as a base. Only new sites should work correctly.

Now it's <lexem not found> in hideout settings. Nothing else.

Music isnt included within the game files. You must add it youself.

I know that. But the wipe update broke it. I have the music files in data/sound/music folder.

.45 grease gun ammo, 2x gunpowder - isnt it too small ammount for such good 1hex bursting weapon?
100x advanced super burn mix on level 2 big gun profession - but for what? we cannot make better fuel w/o blueprints, so add whole ammo or delete both and make blueprints.

And make something with those no guns at level two of profession BG, plez

What is this for change? Empty lockers dont appear okey, but empty ones were like 75% of all lockers, so basicaly you will find only these which are full[1caps or leather jacket or 1x ammo].

You know that right now its same situation like yesterday. Its not really change.

EDIT: Just found 2 lockers which were locked and Empty.

Slave and other followers bugs reported so early into the era and it seems like they have been given no attention at all!?  :'(

This is just as big (or at least close to....) as big as bases disappearin man!   But it get first fix D:

Slavers, are crap naow, as they cannot keep their slaves and are forced to sell them, because of a scam, where metzger steals  your slaves off into the night so he doesn't have to pay you, what say you sir!? :( 

He even leave note once, saying:  "all your slave are belong to us bitch".      >:(


But it is great to see good progress none the less, AND A NEW FEATURE OOoooohhhh....  time to take my mercs to ride on some rangers.

Actually companions respawn fine, the bug is where slaves and brahmins take up 1000 Party-points each one and it negates the follower respawn.  (You can do this with mercenaries too).

Only other respawn problem is bases and hotels afaik.  if you have a tent your fine.

I clicked twice and hit this poor guy by sniper rifle for almost 400 dmg. I hope its a bug.

yea at morning we tested critical table agian, i ddi 20 bypasses in row 150++ head/eyes
sniper rifle is much stronger then gauss pistol atm :>

Yup, made a mistake with the crit modifiers when I was checking the last changes - the ones that changed in this changelog might be a little powerful until the next update (!)

why all the updates always come with "ups i think that i mess this, sorry, ill fix it in the next update"?

Also im lvl 15 and i cant take Better Criticals because it doesnt show up in the list. Did the requisites change? its a bug? or did you "oops i did it again"?

even if the server was to blow up, even if players were to lost everything, even if the game became absolutely unplayable, devs would still deserve recognition for trying to do something, whatever, whenever, however; and the praise should be high, seeing for what ungrateful brats they do this.

bos rep is in game. i have 1200 from bos quest. (which are still broken please fix there fun)
but i did notice when i fa them i did not get a boost in rep.

There is same issue with Laser Rifle now, it does 200+ groin crits, 220+ head/eye. Its dmg compared even to Plasma Rifle (30-65) is insane, it was buffed from 25-50 to 50-75.

Is Brof working for energy weapon? I wanted to create such "Han(d) Solo" character,(my second one :o no alts ;p)
And one more thing - is it planned to get second craftable weapon at BG 2?

And one little more thing - if anyone knows about quest or reputation for BoS - where I can gain some or get quests - I don't have any reputation points -nor even its not showing in my karma place. (I joined with Tomowolf BoS faction but only got -200karma to Enklace and Unity but no pluses to BoS).

Hum, plasma is kinda not so OK IMO... With avenger/gatling boost, it deal less average damage, have a bit less range, and requiert much more weapon skill and luck, meaning less HP (not mentioning it doesn't work at point blank).

Not all empty lockers are gone... there is still a chance of getting a locked but empty locker. I got Treasure Hunter perk now and still get empty lockers and... useless stuff like 1 caps (got three of those in a row wtf?!) and 1 x 10mm ammo. some lockers are hard to open i'm at 152 skill now with 25% pick set but still can't open alot (i try 20 times thats all i can take before giving up on one locker).

But hey after 3 days of farming random encounters i got ONE blueprint... wich i dont need lol

There is a whole lot bug to fix indeed. Problem with followers disapearing, with 1000 partypoints, with some construction sites still bugged, with the local farmer/homesteader unable to go to base, with the negatives bank interests, and so many other problem... But... This is a marvellous changelog with a bunch of new updates that give  a new birth to the whole fonline 2238 community. I am glad to have companions, to make followers flee encounter, to add characters in base, without bring them in, to have multiple bases per faction, to easily change the clearances, to have an harder crafting system, to be able to (almost) build bases, to get support perks and new quests, and so many other things.

So, great thanks dear devteam.

My only regret is that we got only two days prewipe... ::) Otherwise, it's almost perfect.
