And Good Natured.

It's a damage build? Everyone knows unarmed/melee damage builds suck. Hm...
Maybe ripper will do decent damage... But criticals always pwn.

well i wanted throw to kill those cowards that like to run away.. its like a trunf card
normaly players when facing some melee like to make quick turns while they kite to gain ap after they feel the pain. throw is to surpride them with a grenade or even a throw knife, they stop they die

p.s although i will not include throw in this build i was wondering how many SP i need in throw for maximum range accuracy with 1 PE

Finesse and no better crits! This is madness!
Ok, lets plan a build together.
Ripper's single hit costs 3 AP, with Bonus HtH Attacks it will be 2 AP. That means 4 AP for eyes. So we are aiming for 2 eyehits and higher crits/hp or 3 eyehits and smaller crits/hp.
-> 2 eyehits option:
We need 8 AP(2x4AP), so 6 Agility. Thanks to this, we can spend points on Perception(Better Criticals omnomnom) and something else. IMHO we won't cripple, since you will use a decent damage weapon that's what we will aim for - damage mostly. So no finesse. This is what I planned:

You could try modifications of course, like getting rid of toughness and taking more crits/second lifegiver instead, modification in special: giving more int(in this case you could use them for having you character talk normally or higher doc% to heal weaknesses more often) by taking from endurance. Try variations, test them.
-> 3 eyehits option:
I am aiming for no drugs all the time, drugs are too much to worry about for me. So 10 agility and 2 action boys to have 12 AP, sacrificing endurance and more criticals perk/toughness.
An example:

Situation as before - try modifications yourself. Oh, and also in both of these, you could get rid of Small Frame, get One Hander instead, take some points from Endurance and put them into agility(in recompensation of Small Frame) and the second point, in example, into intelligence. Take more doc%... and blah, blah, blah...
-> Others
Well, its not the only thing you can do by taking one of these two builds and modifications of them, there are other ideas you could make, like ripper crippler, a 6 strenght build for taking the Stonewall perk(which is very useful now), a 6 luck build, a clean no criticals damage build, leader build etc. etc.

I wonder why ripper? The Super Cattle Prod is way more atrractive in terms of pure damage, damage to armored oponents, it has accurate perk and its death animation is unparraleled.
-
Because ripper is small, handful, easier to get :P But indeed, Super Cattle Prod is better, you could use it too for these builds I posted.

Why so much PE Floodnik?

better crits
Wut? Luck is for better crits. 5 PE only gives +20% to aiming
-
Better Crits requires 6 PE, that's why.

A painful but necessary cost
