Plain and simple. Repairing stuff is now pain in the arse. What was the idea to introduce it anyway?

I suggest extending repair cooldown, gathering cooldowns, removing the grossly excessive amount of ammunition that can be found in the wasteland. These are few things, you can see where I'm headed.
lets add a cooldown for traveling on worldmap, i mean if some glueing on a mauser fucks you up, how can you walk trough a whole state.

If we increase all cooldowns we make items more valuable, personally i find this ok as i want this game to be a real hard post-apo simulation
