Remove repair 60 seconds cooldown

Comon it's not about that unless you mean that the game is supposed to have annoying and repetitive features to make it hard. Hard because it tests how far we're ready to push our nerves. Repair cooldown is bad because it occurs in cycles of 60 seconds. Gathering cooldown is fun because it stacks.

This would just lead to people abandoning crafting and starting to hunt encounters. If encounters were made scarcer, people would hardly ever use any good items because they'd fear losing them. This happened some wipes ago when you could only rarely get CA or plasma rifle from merchants, even if someone had such item he would just hide it in his tent. As long as items are more valuable than our lives having rare and expensive equipment won't work as we'd hope.

I'm tired of people who seem to forget this is a game, not a real-life simulator. How about introduce instakills after deep stabbing with sharpened pole in the eye? You can't survive such thing in real, can you?

Don't take it personal, I'm far from expecting everything here for free, without effort, but repairing now is just annoying. I can agree with making cooldowns for repair longer, but only if they will stack, like any other cooldowns do. However what I would really love to see is no cooldowns for repairing at all.

Remove. It's realy annoyed and realy not nessesary. I can understand cooldown for crafting and mining but why you make cooldown for repair? And it's not cumulate like mining.

Remove or make cumulative.

Is annoying to have to stay alert every 60 seconds to repair...
