If those are OK. Your firewall might block FOnline.

Well, that's probably the reason why you cannot connect. You must update the game, but I think it should give you other error message, if your client is outdated.

Updating might take some time... patience. You could also keep your computer on at night and update the game while you are sleeping, if you think it takes long time.

Place contents into fonline folder, run updater for the rest. This should cut down your time with updater, given that you get some decent speed from mediafire.
