When you steal something in NCR for example, your karma goes down if you fail. Why not raise karma of those that kill thieves?

At first thought, it seems abuse-able; you could have level 1, 22% skill-level thief get killed by his friend in an empty section of NCR over and over.

Hell, maybe at least 10 points per thief? Or make some kind of cooldown for killing one thief over and over.

+5 rep for killing a thief. +5 coins from a guard for killing a thief, he'll say "Good work waste lander" or something along those lines.

Okay, sure. +5 to +10 for each thief you kill.

However, there should be a cap of 200, to prevent Idolization, of course.

And if some guy that has -2000 Rep with NCR wants to set up a plan to kill their thief-alt friend 200-400 times, be my guest, let them. As long as it doesn't make them Idolized.
