Pawn Shop/Slaves Upgrader

Suggestion 1 : hum,the harsh wasteland  is getting harsher... ::)
Getting Caps is very annoying...
Because they're needed for some crucial items...but theres nowhere to find caps...(referring to "Economy and Currency" post (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=9649.0)
My idea would be..
Create some new rich guy npc who accepts any item for a lower buying price, but he always pays in caps..the % can be discussed in a poll..maybe between 30%-75% of the base item price (the price u see at barter window), % should be based on item base price and its actual broken times and/or actual deterioration and a 25-50% buying price for items without deterioration...
This would make repairers a more lucrative class :) , also it would greatly fix the lack of caps and make scavenging a more worthwhile and useful task in the wasteland


Suggestion 2:

Make this rich guy having some kind of "daily wanted items" style of event: where the npc will ask for some specific stocked item (probably ammo or some melee weapons, such as knives)
so he shouts something like "bring me 20 combat knives/broc flowers/etc and ill pay its real price" either that, or some determinated item in exchange, etc
This should vary every xx hours or per day to make it better...and with ammo he should ask minimum 300+ so crafting gets a better reward  8)

Suggestion 3: Slaver Upgrader  :o
Change x Quantity of same type of slave for a "leveled" or better one f.e "bring me 5 holy people slaves and ull get a super holy person with 150 hp lol (upgrades should vary in terms of quantity and quality of slaves brought and slave type  ;D

I like the pawn shop idea, I'll remember it, but he won't be buying items for good prices thats for sure, you will get no more then 50% of its base value.

I plan on making "Bulk Order Deeds" ala Ultima Online so crafters can literally spend their days making items and armour in bulk to give to certain npcs. Players will get caps, a random item, and some Xp for each BOD.

Slave upgrades? I think you should wait until the "Levelling thing" gets fixed. It just sounds weird to exchange 5 slaves for 1 good slave...:P

upgrading slaves? umm level them up :)
