Higher skill deacrease crafting cooldowns.

I think it's logical. The higher  skills we have, the faster we can do a particular thing with the same accuracy.

I mean that if someone with a Doctor profession increase his first aid and doctor skills he should be able to reduce crafting cooldown.
The same goes for the rest of the profession. Small gunner, big gunner and so on.

If our ability to be a 20% higher than the requirements for a given level of profession  the duration can be shorten by 3% to 5%.

This is just an example. What are You guys think about this?

I think it's very good idea. After reach 3 level of profession (any kind) many people don't know what to do with skill points. It can be useful for people who likes crafting. Good job Kombajn ;)

Yea and this is situation existing right now, but can be changed. If my crafter had an option to be an expert of his profession I would train him untill he will.

Yes.. there's no more alts, so it won't change anything.
If you have SG crafter, he'll craft.
If you have SG crafter with lots repair and/or science he still will craft.
Nothing will be changed.
