I see them everyday at many cities, standart skin of vault citizen, but with "13" on back. When do aimed shots you'll see message: "<Name> was hit in error for X damage."

Just so you know you can create new character and sometimes they have that 13 jacket on

Where can i craft 7,62 ammo except Sierra and North Raider's base?
Are there other workbenches with additional tools in the game? Can i perhaps craft 7,62 ammo at normal bench with Super Tools set?

Just a little question: Am I the only one not seeing rain ingame? I once saw it, a few months back, but I thought it was due to corrupt files (I had MIBs Megamod installed). Then after a few weeks someone told me "Ofcourse there is rain ingame".. So, is it working for you?

Before it rained nukes on NCR?
Yes, there was rain. Haven't seen any more, because of lags, probably.
Ah yes, you guys know perhaps about crafting locations for 7,62 ammo?

Kind of odd. But atleast it's good to hear that it's not due to my FOnline configuration, or graphic card etc.
