-200 isn't so terrible, it's almost the same as 0.


Edit: I've joined Raider for SG3 prof in pre-wipe, and everything what I needed is to wait some time till "Neutral" with NCR, so they didn't kill me on sight. Neutral is from -300 to 300.
Also, when you leave Raiders, Hub is good relations with you, so you can capm there for a time, till you Neutral with NCR or something.

and medical terminals are in Valut City and............ in Sierra Army Base! (however the second one needs elecrtical power... so you will need somebody to divert the power at the Skynet, needs abou 80 science, and a somebody to fix the genertor at the 4th floor- about 150% or even more repair needed) good luck!

Nothing on the wiki is right anymore. And having the only working medical terminal require you to join vault city every time you want to use it is a pretty dick move. :/ That, and there's new doctor chemicals you have to BUY on top of the old ones.

So yes, my question was never answered.

Broc and Xander should be 3 at a time with a countdown of 144 seconds. Can anyone else confirm 21 mins?

There's a message:
"Dog was critically hit in the head for 14 hit points, crippled his left arm and crippled his right arm."

First of all: Dogs don't have arms.
Second: Dogs don't have any arms on thier heads.
Third: Or it's ...additional after wipe?

Or it's the one of ways how to disable dog to fight? I mean if a mob/player/npc has both hands cripples, he can't attack, so if dog have "head" crippled he can't bite? That's why you can see messages of crippled both arms?
