"Tool"? Nothing. It need for crafting.





"Super Tool Kit". As I know +20% to repair (or more?) and to science, when dissambleing items.

I think he is wrong, Super Tools and Tools help with Repair. But hopefully someone else can help you with the exact amount it helps by. I was wondering this as well.

Yes you can take Action Boy with 10 Agility, and you can also take Jet twice. 18 AP is max this way, I believe. Pssst, look at page 10
Note: With default interface, it will only show 10 AP, even if you have more.

And also, everyone's computer is different...  but this Vista problem question has been answered somewhere before. Try searching the forum. It either has something to do with just your system requirements, or it has something to do with the Program Files. Again, try searching the forum, I know the answer is there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure normal tool adds 20% to repair.
