Go North, there you'll see a building with 2 doors, on the left and on the right. Go to the right door, and there will be a room, he has a skin of standart male in leather armor.

I've got problem with small guns 3 - i made the 1 quest from mordino to metzger, I ain't talk about more job with metzger, later metzger were missing, and now i can't talk about more job - so I can't talk to the stockes, and also i can't take once more from mordino cause i have already made it.

This sounds like a slaver rep problem to me. You need 120 rep with slavers before Metzger opens up the dialogue to begin joining the Raiders. Turning in the briefcase quest gives you enough rep to do this, but with Metzger missing, it's decayed since.

Now, there are three ways of correcting this. First, if you don't mind being a slaver, go and catch a few slaves to increase your rep. The second option is to reroll your character and do the briefcase quest again. Lastly, you might be able to convince a GM to help you out if you talk to them on IRC or through ~requesthelp.

Is it possible to sell items to npcs for a good price with high barter? Everything has a really low value now.

yes, it is, i have 100 barter (most people say it is a wate of points, and i get about 6k per ripper at several traders.

I have a question about "Salesman" perk - FOnline wiki sates that it gives 50% to Barter. Is that value still actual? I'm asking, because FCP (FOnline Character Planner) gives 15% to barter after picking that perk.
Anyone picked that perk and can confirm exact value of % added to Barter?

Aye, the skill is really useful. What happens with their money, by the way? Are they converting all the junk items into caps after some defined amount of time?

And there was one more thing i wanted to ask: are maximal HP based on static or dynamic attributes?

I have a question about jet and addiction to it.

If you already have 12 action points, does jet add to that and make it 15?  Do jet effects stack, so you could get 18?

About the addiction:  When you take jet while being addicted, does it temporarily remove the penalties and give you the same boosts that it would if you were not addicted when you take it?  Or does the addiction penalty subtract from the buff you get from taking it?

Yeah if you have 12 AP you can go at 15, and 18 (18 it's max, can't have more than 2 jet).
The penalties of the addiction is when you haven't your fix, so when you have it, no more penalty.

"While Sneaking, if you hit a critter in the back, you will cause double damage using a hand-to-hand attack. Silent Death is that kind of Perk."

So, if in TB (or even RT, if mob fighting other mob) i come to someone's back, enter into sneak mode and then hit him in back, regardless of he spoted me or not (he will, 'cause as you know 3 hex is max distance you can sneak to someone up) will i get x2 damage? I mean I NEED to be invisible to victim, or i just need to be in sneaking mode? Of couse, logically you need to be invisible to victim, but there's no any word about it in description. ;p

Can't you not sneak when in view of other players? How would you ever get close? I doubt this perk does anything atm.
