As I properly understood it takes 2 more points than single shoot.
Sniper rifle: 6 + 2 = 8;
Bozar: 7 + 2 = 9;
Hunting rifle and Gauss rifle: 5 + 2 = 7;

Don't know anything about bozar at FOnline...
About other weapon - yes, +1 AP for arm/leg shot and +2 AP for eye/head/groin shot.

And one more question ;)
Does the level of a char in PvP affects the shooting formulas?
I mean if he is in "blue vault clothes", not taking in consideration armor and other stuff.
In every f..ing MMO it is really impossible to kill a player 10+ lvl higher, cause u miss a lot just because of his level.
