Even if it works, the answer 100% no.
Because it counts only your base IN.
So if you have 6 IN as base.
You'll have 7 IN at night, and 5 IN at day, but you'll always get SPs as if you had 6 IN, so 5+6*2=17 SPs.
Because temp bonuses/penalties doesn't apply its effect on SPs/level.
