In the "Guns Stats" there is nothing about the "Spread" of the gun, is it depends on the % of skill ?

Meaby there could be a Perk that could give you the ability to see "border lines"  spread of your gun burst.

Spread sometimes behaves really strange, but i could understand that someone who isnt skilled with guns cant controll his weapon while automatic firing it so the spread could vary from 5-15° to 120°

I think it depends at least partly on the gun.
Pre-wipe I used a grease gun for a while and it had a wider spread than a 10mm SMG.
The difference was clearly noticeable when shooting a group of critters (like geckos vs mantis) in a random attack.

Once me and some bluesuits were hunting on molerats and powerbuild entered our encounter. He walked away really far like 25 hexes from us and bursted to molerat who were between us and killed that molerat for 134 damage without hurting us. He was using Light Support Weapon.

if you are right next to your target you hit with all bullets, if no you hit with 1/3 and the other part hit hexes next to the target
