Cumulative FA/Doctor Cooldown

I suggest to change the current FA/Doctor cooldown into a cumulative cooldown, like the Gathering one. For now, you heal once/you have to wait a few minutes. This could be changed - you can heal as many times as possible, but when the timeout reaches 10 minutes then you have to wait for it to decrease. I also suggest to cap the FA healing, because when you can heal 3 times in a row, then it shouldn't be +100-150 hit points each time.

The cooldown (10 minutes) could increase with the % you have in the skill (the higher %, the higher cumulative cooldown limit), and the capped FA healing could be increased if you have spent many skill points in that skill. For example:

50% in FA: Cooldown = 5 minutes, healing capped at 20.
100% in FA: Cooldown = 8 minutes, healing capped at 50.
150% in FA: Cooldown = 10 minutes, healing capped at 80.

After longer thought, absoluteleleley, provided that caps can be boosted by medic bag or sth that boosts your FA skill now :p

yes! make snipers even stronger they are at the moment!

the truth is - fa and doc are fine, exept doctor skill when you have weaknes - devs, set priority for healing not removing weakness

For monent everyone can be undestroyable, immortal plus its big advantage for snipers.


Its good idea, i think really good, but right now it have absolute bad timing.

Wrong. However, a combination of Medic and Sniper would be harder to kill than before if he has enough time (And APs) to perform a FA in the middle of the battle. And even if this is the case, this also applies to other builds (I know - instakills are still quite a problem, and I'm for their removal). Still, the longer the fight is, the better it is. And finally, there would be a useful medic class

At first I didn't like this because of the limit on the amount you can heal, but then I realized that it is okay because you can do it multiple times, so yes, this seems like a fine idea. The cooldowns and caps might need some balancing, but the concept is good.

It will make PvE much easier though, so NPC First Aid-usage would need to be boosted too.

I like the old system... It works for me, but that's just my opinion. I think there are more important things that need to change before we start rethinking the Fa/Doc system...It seems like we shouldnt change something that works at the moment, not a lot of players are fans of "change" (Remember the WM speed decrease?)

I like the old system because Doctor chars can level up with it, and only have to wait 4 min until they can heal again (FA can you get over 200xp per heal, every 4 min). We are trying to make the game more "Non combat Doctor friendly" maybe you guys should wait until the new quests come out and then start rethinking about this new Fa/Doc system... If we cap the hp's healed the players will make less xp unless their skills are high, but then again this NEW suggestion might grant the docs a chance at gaining more xp with their heals.

If this new idea can end up with the players getting more xp for using their healing skills in a day then I would fully support it, but thats the only way it would be worthwhile (in my opinion)

SniperLag is a medic and a fighter,the combination is good,and whit the new sistem,i can get killed harder
