If not, is there another way to make Energy Expert 3?

i think if you join BoS

at San Fran bunker there is a guy in purple robes, but not sure if he teaches the lvl 3 of the energy expert

It might help if you explain what "problem" you are talking about.

The problem is that i 3 times bring 60 MFC to the man in purple robe at Navaro. Then i went to the computer to join the Enclave. But there is no option to accept membership. Just that iam not allowed to use that terminal. I showed this problem to GM, he saw it and tell me that they must fix this problem. Thats all. Its more that a week and here is still no info about it on the forum. So i just need info if this problem is fixed or not. I dont want to lose another MFC...
I did EE3 many times before wipe, but after wipe i just bring 60 MFC and than he wants another MFC, i bring them, he takes them and he wants another. i bring them, he takes them...

As far as I know, you join Enclave by handing the guy in purple those MFCs, no further actions needed.

After giving him what he wants, take the little path above between the trees and use the computer in the booth in front of the base entrance to confirm your membership in the Enclave faction.


And yes i try just give him MFC and enter, but Enclave soldiers killed me...

Be sure your not in a faction already. That might be your problem.

aim not in faction so this is not the problem...

as i say i present this problem to GM ingame and he told me that they must fix it. no player can help me, i just need info from GMs if is problem fixed or not. but it seems there is no GM on the forum...

wait... you talked with chris right? Then game him what he wanted, and finally you checked the computer and you are not/ or able to join? Before the wipe i could join. By the way dont talk with the drill sargent (really easy to get shooted)
