Karma increase for NCR can be done by:
- killing slavers
- killing raiders in their bases
- join BoS

Almost right, but killing slavers doesn't work.

As far as I know killing slaves and slavers around the Den increases your rep with 1, NCR included.

Okay, I'm partly wrong:

Currently, killing slavers in actual "Slavers" encounters does not raise your Reputation with NCR.
However, killing slavers in "Slave run" encounters does raise your reputation with NCR.

how do you identify 'Slave run' encounters, because my friend needs to raise his NCR rep too.
