Also, you should change Quick Recovery too, because now it's not a choice between "more time on the ground but less often, or less time on ground but more often" it's just "TAKE STONEWALL!".

This WAS NOT fixed, they still atack each other!!  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(  (I think you misunderstood, you say "FRIENDS" followers when I meant both "FRIENDS" and "MEMBERS" :P)

we lost a couple mercs...

Oh and btw, they dont attack when attacked by player in faction, or if player with merc attacks anyone, so that is still a big probem aswell... (although in alot of cases " they dont attack when attacked by player in faction" could actually be a really good thing in case someoen accident shoots one of em.)
