Ghosthack:
FIXES:
- Bank interest works again. It's paid out daily (real time). (this was actually fixed on the last update)
- Many encounter errors (wrong group reactions and weapon count).
- Replication at Hinkley (arena) should be working correctly now when normal respawn (60 second timer) occurs.
- Arena: fixed holes in walls, grenades can be taken into a combat zone.
- Trains destinations and arrival time announcements.
- Follower can reload melee weapons.
- Follower won't attack faction friend's followers.
- A bug in price code for cars caused price for cockroach to go under 0 (negative price), this caused problems getting the car.
- Holy people encounter has been fixed, it will now always be multiple people, before fix it was just a single wanderer.
- Bug with invisible blockers in encounters fixed.
- An exit node in lorraine's dialog didn't work properly, fixed.
CHANGES (WIP):
- Scorpion tail weight is now 4077 gramms (9 lbs, formerly 20).
- Arena: more convenient outfitter dialog, removal of items left inside an arena after a match conclusion.
- Cars don't go up in price as much when buying one.
- Militia doesn't respawn during fights anymore.
- Car prices can't go under 3000 caps in price.
- Stonewall perk: avoid knockdown if Endurance test is passed; avoid knockout if Endurance-5 test is passed.
Todo:
We are currently mostly working on bug fixes and the arena.
If you have any bugs to report, we urge you to post them in the bugs section, reporting them there with screenshots and a detailed description is the best way.
We are especially interested in encounter bugs.

If you don't lose any reputation by killing Regulators it's a bug? And "Merchant Party vs Junktown Scouts" fixed? Because it's still in Bugs section.
Also if regulators are morons and running to you in point blank (well actually it's smart), but.. they never use burst, only single shots. Bursting they use only on centaurs if they are in encounter, they never bursted me.

Yes, it's a bug. Don't know about Merchant Party vs Junktown Scouts, will have to investigate.

This is more of an AI bug than encounter one, sometimes the line can be a bit fuzzy as some AI behavior only occurs in encounters.

is anything going to happen with worldmap speed or encounter rate?
