On our mumble, we had 20 players yesterday. Everyone said that this is nonsense. But for regular - non gang player - it is worst. We could buy, if we would stay on 2238, car or cars. But what about reguler playrs?

hey, I'm a regular player and I've met some players and we help each other so it's not that hard. I think that you're simply in a bad mood ;)

Well, tell me after you will travel 30 minuts from one place to another and there will kill you PK. It is ***** time you spend in front of computer. But devs think this is awesome, wait here and there. Lets make cooldowns for gathering 10 minutes. 20 is not to much waiting

NCR bazaar "chat console" will entertain you for limited time, trust me ;)
But OK, devs, succes, you have one player that enjosy this waiting : Zubrowka, GJ devs, continite with this aproach and you will have maybe 2 players.
