Cars!

Anyone able to comment on whether or not the new changes to cars includes the ability to lock pick them with a key in hand thus stealing the car from someone else? I see that a LOT of the reasons behind why cars weren't used has been taken care of but if they can still be stolen in such a fashion I don't see a bunch of them on the road any time soon. And is there any storage space in the Cockroach I got my eye on that sweet ride?!

No trunk?!!?! what's the point then?!!? /CRY /WHINE. and blah blah. Well if they took the lock pick out GREAT. Cause at least the roach would help world travel, because right now it's just UNBEARABLE.
