Interesting. I hope it will generally lenghten the time needed to get lvl 21.

Also, I understand you're gonna keep the original Fallout 1&2 tradition that human and quasi-human npcs (those who can wield weapons and/or armor) give lower xp for killing than "monsters".

not necessarily, mercenaries give 400 xp, elronoligists give 350 each

How did you do that? AR has higher damage, bigger mag, longer range and you still use XL70E3?
