How could you possibly think this could actually work with another player being the Stranger? Really?
Maybe, if you implement it as a NPC, it could work, but remember that the majority if things out there are scorpions, as Gizmo said. No one would seriously pick this Perk unless they really have nothing better.

only would happen if u where like 30 hp or less.
If ur having trouble fighting scrops and need the help of the stranger, then u must really really be shit.
And u cant call them
Random event, Random meaning their choice.
Dont u people know how to use ur brains???

GMs are here to stop cheaters, exploiters, help people out of bugs (since this is a beta), and run events (and this is just a kind extra). Not to help you kill scorpions.

The GM's deserve abit of fun, im sure they dont want to deal with us whingers all the time.

if i will forget than GM are here from another reason than you cant find real friend to help you,
30 HP is 1/3 of damage that Avenger can do in one burst against CA BH build. Ehm, even if you will be able to call somebody, you will be death for long time and your "help" will not even overview the situation (who is PK, who is not, who called him, if there will be 2 players with same perk,....)
But continute with evolving this idea. I suggest that you can take 2 times this perk and you can "summon" 5 minute roleback. ;P
