Mysterious Stranger

MAD IDEA ALERT!

A GM should take up the role of the Mysterious Stranger.

I think Surf Solar would suit this role, as he seems to be against bombing and theifs and anarchy in general.

What do the wastelanders think?

It is a perk from fallout 1 2 and 3.

Only shows up when u are in an enc. He helps u out.

Mysterious Stranger is like the ultimate western gunslinger.
Think of Roland Deschain from the dark tower books by Stephen King, if u hav read them of course.

I think it is a cool idea.
if a GM can pop into an encounter of course.
And having it happen would be based on real life luck. :)

Yeah i remember him with his awesum magnum of awesomeness...but only one problem, people will start yelling GM abuse if this was made...

not if it's proven that the caller has the perk, AND that the gm isn't always rushing to there help, but instead of a GM, maby a Bot that works by the luck system.....?
