I was bored and simply fucking about when I thought of this:

As we all know the level cap is 21, and it becomes a pretty boring in using just one character at a time, so I think that once you reach lvl21 you can at any time choose to sacrifice all your XP, perks, skillpoints to get a 2% boost in all skills (can only allow a 10% boost in total per skill) and giving you a perk which boosts your exp gain rate by 10% (5 levels so 50% in total) and a skillpoint per level boost (1 time boost after you get the last level of exp booster(20 expra skillpoints doesn't make much difference really), this would add a longer life-span to your character before you become bored and begin a new character and would allow people to get some self-satisfaction in seeing a a perk at a 5th rank (let's call it ReExperiTech User), I don't really see any way to exploit this, all it would give in the end is just 20 extra skillpoints and a few user-visible-only titles, and it would give some people chances to test out other skillpoint combinations (it would hev no real end, but the perk caps out at 5 reexperiences, and it could be done at just about any doctor in the wasteland, but only once you have hit the ultimate Lv21, and it would nullify your experience and would remove all the added skillpoints to all your skills and remove all your perks, i guess that it may be difficult to implement, but it would ease up the load on the server a little I guess

Just a thought, not really much thought behind this, but still...

Wasn't it already suggested before?

Anyway, a good idea, gordulan.

Grind.

some people like to grind, let them. besides if you don't like it then don't do it.
Anyway im for this. should make the game more interresting, characters will get some more power yes. But really it won't matter that much anyway.

Why not just increase level cap to 30?

Sorry but I dont get it. Can someone explain this to me? Its a bit Hazy...from what I understood...

Youd like to have extra skill points whenever you sacrifice your lvl 21 and start anew... ok, just I dont get this line:

Quote
(it would hev no real end, but the perk caps out at 5 reexperiences, and it could be done at just about any doctor in the wasteland, but only once you have hit the ultimate Lv21, and it would nullify your experience and would remove all the added skillpoints to all your skills and remove all your perks,

So adding skill points has no end and yet it ends at 21 and you get nothing again? Contradiction.

What I meant was once you have redone the stuff for the 5th time you'll get 1 extra skillpoint per level, placing an extra 20 skillpoints in your end pot at the end of the 5th and onward "rebirth".

On a "rebirth" you become a pure lvl1 character as though you just remade him/her/it, but receive a perk which gives you a 10% exp boost, allowing you to get 10% extra experience for each kill/craft/steal/whatevergivesexperience, this caps out after 5 "rebirths" allowing for a total of a 50% exp boost per whatever you do.

I think that developers should first choose conception they want:

 1) "Vertical content implementing" = focus on implementing content for leveling chars

This means, that they can set higher lvl cap than 21, enable low speed leveling, but they will need to add much content into the game, because for every kind of characters, they will support, and every level, there should exist opportunity to entertain and level itself.

 (lvl. 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, ... quests/enemies/weapons/...)
 or

 2) "Horizontal content implementing" = focus on implementing content for new roleplays

This means, that they will introduce a content (game play) for level 21 chars, content for lower levels would be only aid to get to lvl 21. Positive of this is that they will know how to balance the gameplay because, they will now what kind of best lvl 21 chars you can create, they can concentrate to add content to lvl 21 (and balance it). Problem is, that you can be bored after some time. But solution is to add content/roleplay for another chars.

Of course, that they can combine 1 and 2.. But it is very hard and time consuming work and i dont think this will work..

some people like to grind, let them.

Wrong. Nobody likes to grind but everyone likes to become more powerful.

Is there a rebirth limit? Anyway, sounds cool  8) Just the exp boost isnt good... I mean, some people say they can achieve lvl 21 in couple of hours so in a couple of days they will be ultimate pwnzors and theyll get a bonus of 50% after 5 rebirths!
