Well...I downloaded the game, installed it fine and made my account and started playing, thats where it got weird, My character looks like he's on fire and I cant move. Is there any way to fix this problem? Because I really wanna play this game already.

NCR is the most populated.  stay away from large groups (most likely to get bombed) and keep your valuables in your hands (keep your gun in your off hand when in guarded towns)
