Does anyone know what the circled things inside the rooms on the left might be ?

also, key 112*** ( 6 digits ) is for use inside the underground shelter or can I use it outside the game somewhere ?

30k for all gun/miscellaneous shops (Like sha enin's) for gauss pistol, and 30k for gatling lazers in shops like Buster's.
