When that challenge is defeating a lv 21 251 hp BA Avenger jetted, buffed,psycho'd, and cigs/nuka powerbuilds with a char that isnt pumped full of drugs........

Mission Impossible, literally.

 Well, i came home from work, i spend half of hour by mining and crafting, i log my PvP char and equip him with stuff, i wait for 25 minutes in TC session and then i die in first minute in the first contact with enemy, without single shot, because big gunner avenger 3x jet burster give me damage bigger than my 170 HP in my sniper non junkie powerbuild (best sniper build you can do without drugs). Well, in opposite to real life, drugs are solution ;)

 Seriously: do something with drugs, in current PvP, after 1 minute of fight (=average fight time) we have to wait more than 30 minutes becase of jet and psycho cooldowns.

 DEVELOPERS. did you registered you are making ONLINE MULTI PLAYER GAME???

mmm, I also use the best non-junkie sniper build, never needed to use drugs as of yet, but it can't become worse by taking a jet every 20 minustes really, speaking of drugs, any NPCs that drop the other drugs?

Drugs ended up killing PvP, almost everybody use the same builds and only gamble on them.
I wonder why Jet enhance Perception, its effects should stay as they were in Fallout 2.
