Jet was enhancing perception in fallout 2 too...

Yeah, but I still wonder why, and if I remember well, it gave 2 AP. So that's why I'm saying drugs should stay as they were in Fallout 2, cause they seem to be more balanced in my opinion, even if this PE bonus for Jet is a bit weird...

I hope that ONE day there will be room for survival for those of us that dont want to have a PVP powerbuild...no drugs...no fun-draining stats/perks....just want to play.

And before you start in on my post...I am not crying...so don't waste the time 'thumbing' me for my comments! :P
