59: While wandering around in any major city you will come across an odd fellow who explodes for no apparent reason. While inspecting his corpse you will realise that he has 8 sets of plastic explosives in his inventory, all of them rigged for 5 seconds.
60: NPCs will sometimes use a different language other than the one you chose in the installation. Better get out that dodgy online translator!
61: You will never experience the feature mentioned previously as number 57. He will always be dead whenever you meet him, always.

63. In towns, you can only fight on RT mode.
64. If you try to modificate it or any interface input, the game starts to crash everytime forever with "You've been banned for 999999 hours" message.
65. This feature will be never completely deinstalled.

64. You can pacify an entire town and spawn camp at the main entrance keeping those pesky traders out of YOUR town. Who knows what evil can they bring?
65. After this little genocide don't worry because no one will be after you, and you can still enter any other town.
66. If you attack a thief who robbed you you get gunned down by gurads and lose reputation
67. The only way to regain the rep is to wait or kill other NPC's like raiders or the entire ghul population in Necropolis (worked 2 wipes ago for NCR rep)
68. You can enslave children and make them fight a Deathclaw for you
69. You see the effects of being irradiated only after taking a very large dose of it
70. The easiest way to heal radiation/poisson/crippled limb is to kill yourself
