Regarding your BG build again, maybe you should consider taking weapon handling and drop ST a bit. Furthermore you should really increase EN and take at least 1xlifegiver. Drop those AB perks as you can have the same effect (10 AP) with just two nuka cola. 2x Bonus ranged damage would also be nice to have. And last but not least you could maybe swap FA for DOC because everyone capable of doing aimed shots will surely try to cripple your arms, doc doesnt work in TB though.

Good...now if you have a look at the perks weapon handling and lifegiver i am pretty sure you will see whats wrong ;)
