Slaver Snipe:
8 cha is useless unless your getting the +1 from a perk later, 3-5-7-9 for 1-2-3-4 followers respectively and +1 from magnetic so either take one away or add one to your leader build ;p

Depends on how long he has been playing. Experience in making builds comes with playing and of course a little common sense. Like taking weapon handling on level 12 and picking lifegiver on level 15. Thats a mistake for sure, agree but i guess he will learn from those mistakes ;)

IMO awareness is a bad idea really, you can take a second toughness or a second BRD instead by tweaing he perks list a little
