Project “Netural Ghost Farmâ€
Concept :
Main idea of concept will be netural territory in Ghost Farm, wich will be guarded by players. Rules will be simple, no shooting, no thiefing, no sneak.
In this area players will try to keep law, and any means of force will be prohibited, exeptions goes towards trolls, spamers, aggressive people, thiefs and suicide bombers. Later project may expand to other parts of city. Guards wount separate people on pk or anti pk, and will be aggressive only if someone will violate listed above rules and terms.
Support :
Projet request support of main pvp gans on the server, due to the danger of being wiped out by such gangs. We hope to recive conformation from such gangs, that they wount be aggressive towards this city, and also about their willing to join the guard and others means of assist towards NNR project. If most of PK and Anti-PK organizations will sing for support of this project, guards will have a chance in keeping law in New Reno.
Guards :
Main guard will consist of characters with special nicknames wich will refer to colours, such as: Green, Black, Dark Red, Raven, Light Yellow, Olive, Pink, etc. Guard can also be joineable for any player, willing to help. Small advice to people willing to support this project, to keep your second characters above the map, so if you will die guarding, you can relog and come back to fight. Ofcouse player driven guard wount be possible 24/7, and it will depend on time zone, and if no of official guard will left on 2nd street, people can take responsibility of keeping peace and neutrality there.
GM opinion :
Couple of GMs said that they will support this idea, and in future, if project will expand, it will be possible to add additional scenerys and npcs, and by other means, in within their rules
Subprojects :
Based on NNR project, it will be possible to open other subrojects inside the city, such as RP, trading groups, pit fights and etc. And NR gives much opportunity for such projects if we will manage to keep it safe We hope to make something better than NCR.

I support the idea and I engage myself to try to defend the 2nd street but I think it will fail because of power of Raiders Gangs. They will just come in town with 15 players and destroy everything.

Ha ha ha ! Man, they are raiders, so they raid and kill. If people defend a place so there is other people to attack them. This game is about surviving, killing, raiding,etc.

Why do you want to protect the sin city? Anyway this project will fail because of escalation. You bring 3 people to defend the city. Bad guys will bring 5- You will get mercenaries to every entrance and use blacklist for enemies, they will come with mutant squad. You will set up 30 man defense, they will gather up a temporary alliance to kill you etc...
Game lacks challenges and only thing to do is PvP so we play and we kill. And when there is something like this going on it gets interesting for many people so they come to test their skills and have some fun. But eventually it will fail because its too easy to invade and ruin any kind of city defenses right now so the town will never be "PC guarded" such as NCR is thx to NPC. Also how do you want to punish thieves and find out who is using FA and who is the thief (they will provoke you just to have excuse to suicide bomb you few moments later).
Something like this was during second season in Modoc. We were fighting PKers there and even random bluesuiters and "PC citizens" were fighting with us. It was considered a guarded town most of the times. But to your project, well: Good idea - bad place - impossible to execute or maintain.
