Even NCR can be easily destroy by a big gang but they don't do that because if they do GMs will get angry and instant-kill them all.

Hum... No ? No we won't. And I'm quite sure none of the big gangs can take NCR right now. But that's not the topic.

My gang can destroy NCR I don't see any strong protection.
