You can already buy slaves off Vortis and Metzger
Slavers should try and catch you unless you have a tattoo (BTW they still attack you with the Tattoo)

They still attack you but it takes them a HELL of alot longer to start it than usual.

Wrong, you have to be Slaver at Vortis, and i've gone to Metzger many a time as none slaver, and seen no option to buy.

I close this idea but if devs want to add something, they can re-open it of course.
